Owner & Construction Manager
As Owner, construction manager, and Land Acquisition coordinator, Driggs manages and coordinates our community and home building efforts. He teams up with our land developer partners and seeks out the best available land along the Wasatch back. Driggs also helps build strong relationship with our municipal and construction trade partners, so we can find and keep the best construction trades in the industry.
I love getting to build houses and work with our trade partners.I speak Spanish which gives us an opportunity to communicate very well with our trades.
Driggs is a Licensed General Contractor with a B-100 and E-100 license. Driggs also Has his Real Estate License for Utah.
Mark Adams
Purchasing, Estimating, & Scheduling
Mark is currently in his 3rd year of Construction and Facilities Management studies at Brigham Young University. He has completed his training in construction management, modeling, concrete, masonry block, framing, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, and is currently finishing up his studies in electrical systems.
Before his studies at BYU, Mark worked in small repairs, asphalt, paint, and siding. More recently, Mark worked for Flatiron Construction in Los Angeles, California on a highway project as an engineering intern.
Mark has worked with Elements Custom Homes as an estimator, purchaser, trade partner manager, and construction scheduler.
